Product and installation service is great. Will always try to buy at another retailer that lets you keep in communication with them.

installed on my own wasn't really worth buying the alarm and the installation. the prices weren't able to be seperated

had to bring my car back to fix poor installation was don't right the second time

I showed up to my apt and checked in with installers. Then they pulled my car in to the install bay while I was waiting and shopping around Best Buy! 4-5 mins later I hear this revving sound from the front of the store and it sounded like it was coming from the install bay. I go and check on my car and I see the installers revving the hell out of my car so the can hear the blow of valve. So u know what happened from there!! Hint it wasn't pretty! I asked for my money back and I will never do business again with Best Buy. Staged 3 2013 Mazdaspeed 3

It's not a bad device if it was hooked up correct .

On time fast and efficient. The tech was very knowledgable

After leaving my car four 3 hours or more install wasn't complete because they decided to ask for additional arts and install fees! I cancelled because it became too costly

The installer in Menifee did not provide any instruction or advice on using the product. Huge dissapointment. Will not return to that store. I gave an overall rating of poor because he did not do his job - provide customer service.

Got my alarm as a package that was installed by best buy and I am so happy that I did at the location I visited. The agent was very honest and friendly and knew what he was doing. Installation took a little longer then I thought but the end result was well worth it. Installation was clean and simple and the alarm and key less entry are fully functional. The best part is that if there is ever a problem, best buy will stand behind their work. Over all if I need any further electronics work on my truck.. best buy is the only place that I am going!

Installation "required" when purchasing the alarm system. The charge for addition items needed for install is ridiculous.

Had this installed along with security system. Car would randomly start honking when driving. Had it uninstalled.

It took way too long to install my alarm from 10am to 5pm. I believe I had a new tech and he wasn't familiar with alarm installs. I would give this another try but must ask for qualifications of installer.
