I find it interesting that Best Buy is asking me to review the gas hook up on the Samsung dryer and not the actual dryer. It's because this is the 3rd dryer they have had to send me. The hook up was fine but I will never buy from Best Buy and never buy any Sansung products.

D & G Services did an excellent job of installing my propane conversion kit and gas dryer. I would like for them to be out designated installers.

They did a great job with the install and actually give us back about 6 inches of space by installing it a little closer to the wall. Price was a bit high but quality was great.

Worst customer service ever. Takes 3 separate visits to disconnect, deliver, and hookup new unit.

Very disappointed. I waited 5 weeks after my dryer arrived to have it torn apart in my kitchen to convert it to propane. I was promised a $300 dollar reimbursement and received $200 and something. Your phone system is terrible!

Customer service did great on their earlier mistake. Now my dryer works like magic. The conversion went well, all promises of delivering great service were fulfilled. Im very satisfied with my gas dryer in my new home.

Install by a third party, the gentleman came all the way from TN to NC. He had been installing for BestBuy for over 12 years, originally from FL. Top notch in categories!

Installation was quick & professional. So far so good. Love it! It’s large enough for my blankets, has a light inside & the lint trap is located just inside the door which I love.

A dryer was not available so it was not installed. Installation now scheduled for January. We purchased the dryer in August this is the fourth time a scheduled installation was not done.

Job done in a very efficient manner the guys have the job done in no time at all I would want those same guys to come back if I buy something else that they need to install.

Techs were great, got the job done efficiently, good commun ication, enjoy their work, seem to take pride in doing a quality job, unlike a lot of big box installation crews.

Great installer who knew how to install the propane regulator to convert the dryer from natural gas to propane. Outstanding job.

Everything went well. It required a conversion to a bottom discharge which worked out well.

This never took place, I had to hire someone else to do it because Best Buy couldn’t come out until a month after my purchase. It was complete chaos and a very bad experience.

Technicians showed up right on time. Install necessary parts to convert my gas dryer to propane. Friendly, professional and well skilled.
