We purchased the Ink plan for our HP printer, but we have not had to use it as of yet, so I don't really have a rating yet except for it will be convenient.

This service is such a great deal for anyone who prints a lot. I had a perfectly fine printer, but bought a new one that was compatible with instant ink.

We have not had much experience with the HP Ink process but we are glad to not have to worry about running out of ink

I was skeptical at first about this program but it’s excellent. The ink comes when you need it right on time. I recommend it to everyone

This plan for ink cartridges is such a great idea and extremely convenient. We were tired of running out of ink and what always seems like at the most inopportune times. Now replacements are sent to us when we are running low and we don’t worry so much about printing stuff.

I just started a small business and have already printed much more than I ever have so I can see the savings already.

HP instant ink is a great service. They ship the cartridges' direct to you when the ones in the printer get very low. dollar savings also. Currently the retail stores Best Buy Office depot etc. do not have ink, but when you are in the instant ink program they send you your ink.

This is the best thing HP has ever offered!!! What a huge money savings this will be for me!!! If you EVER use your printer, this plan is the best way to go!!

Have to give this 5 stars, cause it's a great deal. Haven't used it as yet, still a new printer, However, I'm sure it will help save money in the future.

HP Instant ink is the best thing I have seen so far! The savings are incredible, especially with the price of ink cartridges, I love it, love it, love it!

Avoid the mark up of buying new ink cartridges every month full price, since they are clearly made using unubtanium to mark up the price

This is a great way not to ever have to go to the store and purchase ink. Never run out of ink. They will automatically send you ink before you run out.

This is a fantastic idea. No more ill timed trips to the store looking for ink. This comes right to your house before you are even out.

This is a great plan for ink. Hp keeps track for you and sends you your ink when you are low.

Smart idea, easy to sign up, easy to return old ink cartridges, dont needt to worry about running out of ink

I hate subscriptions and almost never do them. I always pay upfront for things instead of doing it monthly...my 6 months of car payments at once, no rolling credit balance, yearly Prime subscription instead of monthly, etc. So when I got this it was for the free period then I completely expected to stop doing it after that. Now months later I love it and am paying for the monthly plan! Not having to think about buying more ink, now worrying about it drying out, and just keeping the amount of pages I print under a limit (which hasn't been an issue) is great. Before I would also always thing about if I needed something in color or not since then I would have to get the colored ink cartridges even if only 1 of the colors was out (I know I'm cheap), now I don't think about that and just print what I'm wanting to print. For the amount thinking this takes away and replaces with simplicity I'm actually willing to go for a monthly subscription!

I purchased at the recommendation of the HP rep at the store and I'm glad I took his advice

Having the ability to receive ink delivered to my home takes the worry out of using too much ink and having to buy costly cartridges.

Do not print as much as I thought I did, will need to reduce printing package which you can do. Excellent value if you print a lot.

Great way to get printer ink without the costly trips to the store! What's more, the printer sends the message to order the ink, so I don't have too!
