difficult to set up

Had to get on the phone with customer support, who was great, but also had a little trouble. It seems like it should be an easier process.

I get notes about the pages I use in the printer and I got my first shipment of ink, but I'm not certain where it goes from here.

Best program I have ever joined it’s wonderful having ink mailed to me and all I have to do is keep my printer plugged in and turned on so they can read it

The sign up process was difficult and quite honestly I don't think it accepted my code from the store. I guess we'll see when I get billed.
