It is very convenient and price efficient. But I get send more ink and sooner to replace than needed.

I'm not sure I purchased this, if so I've not used it or received anything in regards to it. Would be great to know one way or another.

Wasn't sure if the plan would work out. It's been 9 months and it is working out quite well. Would recommend if you do basic printing at home.

Never thought there would ever be a thing like a subscription for printer ink. Yet somehow it makes sense, and I feel HP's rates are actually very fair.

Fair Ink plan. Only get the plan if you print a lot and have to buy a lot of ink cartridges. Not worth the money

A rep was there the day I bought the printer and told me about the ink program. So now the printer orders the ink whenever it starts to get low .so now I'm never out of ink .

Best program ever! The printer AUTOMATICALLY orders the ink for you, you don't have to do a thing. I love it.

We decided to give this program a try after buying a new printer. We have already decided to up one level. Print more than you realize.

I never have to worry about ink supply. Always arrives in plenty of time and cartridges seem to last longer than others I have purchased.

I have not had the plan too long but so far it has been efficient and cost effective. They replace the cartridges automatically way before you need them.

Very reliable products and fast delivery! Check your black ink when your printer runs out of ink. Replace it and you'r good to go!

For someone who uses the printer daily it's great but I use mine for home. So I haven't activated this yet

I wish this plan was developed years ago instead of me wasting a whole lot of money on ink cartridges time and time again.

Simplest way to stay in ink. Product automatically ships when it senses printer is low.

It's an awesome idea, however it was a little confusing in wether it was going to work on my printer. I called the 1-800 number on it and they were able to clear that up and I finished the install but now after printing and replacing the first set of cartridges it kicked me off saying I'm no longer registered. Gotta work on it and call HP back and hopefully figure it out. But like I said, awesome idea and worth it when it works :)
