    I have used this once so I’m still learning about this one. We have an Emril Lagasse one and we use it quite frequently. I wanted this (actually the smaller one, but this is all they had) to make yogurt at work. It seems easier I think, but time will tell.

    Very Nice and strong powerful pot 15 min max for beef and is fully cooked but I bought protection plan for 2 yrs just in case to be safe
