A: Hi Brianallen. To Slow Cook in the Duo Plus, press Slow Cook to select the Slow Cook Smart Program. Press Slow Cook again to cycle through the Low, Med and High temperature options. Low is commonly used for low and slow, all-day cooking, and should be set for a minimum of 10:00 hours for best results. We hope this helps!

A: Great question! You're able to use any Instant Pot to cook cakes using pressure. Some models, like the Duo Plus, have a Cake button, but for those that don't you can just use the Pressure Cook button instead. If you're looking for something that will cook a cake more like how a regular oven does, you could consider one with an air fryer lid.
