• Hi Brianallen. To Slow Cook in the Duo Plus, press Slow Cook to select the Slow Cook Smart Program. Press Slow Cook again to cycle through the Low, Med and High temperature options. Low is commonly used for low and slow, all-day cooking, and should be set for a minimum of 10:00 hours for best results. We hope this helps!
