I'll admit it runs pretty warm and that thru me offf but I really like how powerfull this thing is.

Amazing CPU! Stays nice and cool and performance is throgh the roof. Considered the i7 13700K but this thing….absolutely amazing. Stays cool in day-to-day activities under 39 degrees and under load when gaming stays between 48-50 degrees. For anyone looking for a good review much like me before building my pc, I can say just get this! Haven’t overclocked because no need. Paired with MSI Suprim X 3090Ti and is a beast with ZERO bottleneck.

Really nice and powerful CPU. I got it at the sale price of $300. It's a great deal. Gaming and multitasking has no problem at all for this CPU. The only down side from my end is that I am using the z690 motherboard for this new CPU. It took me a lot of effort to update the Motherboard bios before compatible with this new CPU.

Best value cpu. can overclock it to reach 5.5 GHz and do my laundry

I upgraded from 3700x. I kept my DDR4 RAM and switched platforms for a balanced upgrade in performance. This CPU does not disappoint. 5800x3d was on my mind but I needed a boost in production workloads. Staying with DDR4 will not be as good as DDR5 but if that’s absolutely necessary, I’d wait until RAM prices drop even more. i7 isnt worth it if gaming is all you do and minor production. Save the extra money

Bought this bad girl for my dads work computer and its been nothing but perfect. Super happy with this cpu. Great on gaming too, or his sometimes heavy work loads. Don’t let bes buy fool ya, this cup can go toe to toe with some big dogs. No better i5 in the world

The 13600k is an amazing processor for the price. But personally I’d recommend the 14600k simply of the small price difference and a decent performance jump. But if you want to save a little bit but still want very strong performance the 13600k will do all of that, and more.

Fantastic processor. Powerful, fast, runs at great temps. I went to this from a 10850k and could not be happier with it. It regularly clocks itself up to 5.8ghz in single core processes and never gives me a single issue. 12/13th Gen Intel processors are really a fantastic lineup.

Runs very good at 1440p, good price for what you get.

I play a heavily cpu dependent game and I saw an improvement of over 70% increase in fps from my old 7700k. The gpu never changed. Overall a great CPU!

Upgraded from a i5 8400 and the difference is night and day. Everything feels smoother and faster in games and daily usage. Its utilizing my full capabilities of the RTX 3070. If you have a LGA1700 the price to performance is unbeatable. If you have a am4 board go with a ryzen 5800x3d. No need to go out of the way to buy this.

Perfect CPU for 4070. 12400f not enough for 4070 to reveal its true power. H12 cooler also keeps this cpu pretty darn cool under gaming. Haven’t had any problems maxing out settings on Cyberpunk and Alan Wake. Insane FPS in Fortnite too!
