I bought this item for my grandson for Christmas. He builds his own computers. I am disappointed that it did not include a heatsink. It cannot be used with it. I asked my grandson how he would rate the item and he said I haven't been able to use it yet. Why would you sell an item without a vital part in order to use it?

I love to see this thing under stresd but I also like to see it run at 1% to ser how efficient it is for day-to-day work. Don't let the size of the box in the picture full you. There's no cooling solution included and in fact there's no box at all. Good choice for Plex server.

I'm rather surprised there aren't any if not many reviews for this processor! I safely got my 8700k to 5.2Ghz with some good liquid cooling and light tweaking. It runs my software well on the side or in the background even while playing some intensive games. Great for conferencing while not breaking the bank in money. I don't believe I'll ever need the i9 series unless I was doing extremely intensive work.
Amazing piece for a great gaming/workstation at the $339 sale I got it at.

It was arrived well. I took a benchmark without overclocking to the max and it gave me the numbers highly above the average market among the owners of this CPU.
Thanks
