A: FAN SOLD SEPARATELY, NO FAN IN THE BOX. ITEM DESCRIPTION SHOULD SAY SO BUT DOESNT PICTURE IS OF THE BOX FOR I7-8700 (which does come with a fan) the I7-8700K does not

A: It requires a 300 series motherboard. Make sure you use a MB (300 series) and compatible socket and compatible memory. I used gigabite z390 MB and gskill compatible memory with a sythe air cooler.
