Easy to setup with Dell notebook.

No dual display, terrible audio plug

Recently I added a 2nd monitor for dual-output and replaced the wireless headphone with wired one (audio plug), neither worked. 2 HP monitors + laptop screen. Extended display mode. HDMI-to-HDMI for one and miniDP-to-HDMI for the other. The laptop with Intel Display tool was able to detect both monitors but whichever one connected to the DP port didn't receive any signal. If I plug in the 2nd monitor directly to the laptop, then I have all 3 screens working fine. The audio jack doesn't work. I tried with 3 different wired headphones, the connection was intermittent, particularly the microphone part. I ended up using USB-based headphone as a workaround. Still usable, but for the price point the quality is terrible.

Good Product for Home Docking
