The next one did exactly the same thing at 11 months. They would not replace the second failure. not buying anymore iogear stuff. ethernet failed.

Does NOT support dual monitors for Mac

The box says dual monitors, but the asterisk means windows only... Additionally, the video connection is intermittent (98% good) in either port. Spend the extra $50 and get a true dual monitor with better components.

A lot of times it does not read the microSD card, and initially I thought it was the microSD cards but I tried several different ones and continued to have the same problem. Not a product I recommend.

Not working well with Pixelbook

Tried several different SD cards, all with different types of files (video, pictures, documents) and any time you begin to access the files, the system crashes. will be returning to Best Buy

So we had to return it.
