I was told I could display two monitors with my Mac book pro but it only works with one. Wouldn’t recommend this if you need two monitors. It’s working fine for my one monitor, but had to buy a different adaptor for my second one

This item does not work as a true docking station. It causes mouse delay and bounce. It cause monitor flicker. It cannot do dual monitors. It cant charge and do an external monitor at the same time.... it is almost useless

For an item this expensive, it should bring its own power adapter, an additional usb and a longer cable, not everyone owns a Mac, had to order an usb c extender in order to properly use.

Device cannot support dual monitors in extended mode. At times Ethernet will not work, have to disconnect from everything to reset settings. Outside of that it is dependable to an extent

The dock could andke power input and other drives, but after 2 weeks it stopped sending power and dada through to my computer. Returning.

Purchased this unit in January 2018; it stopped working in March 2019. During its short lifespan, in order for the connected HDMI display to work, the dock required a "reboot" anytime I connected my laptop. Full unplug / replug, and then (usually) the HDMI monitor would work. Sometimes not. This was easily replicated with another USB-C connected laptop; the HDMI cable and display work fine when connected directly. It's the dock. The doc is not good. Save your money and put it towards a higher quality unit.

Bought it for my wife to use with her razor blade, some of the ports would not work ie. display ports and the flow through thunderbolt. Not happy with the purchase. returned.

Unit heats up pretty quickly while testing HDMI and USB connection for just 30 mins. Thunderbolt port does not work at all.

It was working well. Then I had to disconnect laptop to take with me. When I returned, monitor could no longer be connected.

The display port didnt work out of the box. Anything I plugged in didnt seem to work. Returned. Everything else worked flawlessly

This is just not a reliable piece of equipment. It doesn't always pick up my computer when i plug in. In order to see my computer on the external monitor, I have to unplug and plug it back and there's no power switch. SD slot is unreliable as well. Works about 50% of the time.

It's too glitchy and uncertain to be worth the price as opposed to getting individual adapters for each separate cord type that you would use. Sometimes the USB ports work and some times they don't and sometimes it depends on which UBS C port it is in, but even that's not completely consistent.

Bought this hoping it could power two external displays off a MacBook Pro but it cannot. Will be returning

Horrible product. Keeps randomly ejecting my external drives, and wouldn't recognize the DVI Adapter.

I like this docking station except for the thunderbolt 2 is not working.

I loved the idea of this, but it broke immediately. Wish it was sturdier.

I carefully reviewed this product before purchasing and understood that you could do dual monitors through it using the mini DP and HDMI port, but not with the VGA port. So I purchase the adapters I would need and it doesn't work. I'm outside the 15 day return policy so I'm stuck with it.

It only works in one order and is you plug it in wrong it will not work.

Tried to get this to work and finally returned it. Sales person stated it would allow me to use the laptop with 2 20" monitors I already had, but it would only work with the laptop screen and one monitor. Had little power and often would not read drives plugged into USB ports.

Bought it for a Dell Precision 5530 and never worked out. Ended up returning it. Not that I was expecting much out of a 3rd party dock, I was hoping it would have been better than Dell's. I ordered another 3rd party dock off Amazon that seemed to work better.
