I am an electrical engineer and I can't reliably get this to work. It has to transmit 12 feet through one interior wall. The problem is linking. It has worked but I don't know what combination of things has done it. Turn this on then that and hit this button and that button - I don't know. We are on the Dish network and want to extend to another TV. Why is this so difficult. They need a firmware update or something. Im gonna return it.

This thing works like a charm. If you don't want to get another cable/satellite box this is your answer. Picture has no lag

Picture quality and speed are excellent. Really able to clean up cables with this and mount your TV whereever you want.

No need for 15ft HDMI cables from DVD/Entertainment receiver to projectors. Works great with no interruptions.

I've been using this Transceiver for more than a year. The transmitter is connected to an HD DVR in the living room and the receiver is connected the TV in the kitchen. With this hook-up, I don't need a second DVR for the TV in the kitchen, thus avoiding $10 per month rental fee from my cable provider. The minor disadvantage is that the picture on both TV's is the same. I can change channels from either location.

Have had really variable results with this device. Sometimes it works perfectly without any flaws and other days it seems it can't function properly despite all of my attempts. If you have patience, then try this product out...

Works as advertised to help us with a wall mounted TV and equipment on the opposite side of the room. Transmitter and receiver need careful placement otherwise garbled or total loss of signal occurs quickly

I set up the Iogear inside in less then 20 minutes. I put the transmitter and receiver 20 ft apart. No problems there. I was going to use it outside in my Tiki Hut. It was approximately 60 feet with a direct line of sight through a glass pane. I put the receiver outside and nothing. I moved things around tried everything to get them to connect. I could get an occasional signal that would fade in and out. I returned the units back to Best Buy and now have run a coaxial cable out to the Tiki hut

It is not a great product if you are using it through stone. It works fine if they are pointing right at each other.

Flawless, does exactly what is says it does, beats ring cables.

This product is great. There is no delay and no picture quality issues

So this is why I love BEST BUY. I had seen this product online thinking it would be a great option to use with my home theater projector and get rid of the hdmi cable. Well after setting this up, I got it to work and everything was fine. I turned off the unit for the night and the next day started it back it up. The transmitter wasn't able to find the receiver. I had direct line of sight and it was literally 10 feet away from each other. I tried it again over and over, went through the instructions and troubleshooting tips from the manufacturer but it didn't work. I am very experienced in home electronics gear so since I wasn't able to get this to work, I would caution anyone who wants to try it. Luckily, Best Buy has a great return policy and they took it back, no questions asked! 5 stars for Best Buy. One Star for this product.

I like a lot this Transmiter, the only problem that i see its that sometimes i see the image in a purple color, its like the image doesn't sent correctly, but in minutes i can fix it.

Works like advertised. The setup was super Easy. Price was great also.
