      Hello Froggy,

      Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the trouble with the Auto Sense Mount. The super sticky suction cup is made of a strong industrial 3M adhesive that usually requires some effort to remove from the mounted surface, so it's uncommon for it not to stick unless the dashboard is heavily textured or curved, in which case we recommend mounting to the windshield. We would like to get to the bottom of this for you and send a replacement if there is in fact a defect.
