The only issues i had were the suction cup has some very stick stuff on it and i am scared to see what it does to my dash and the power cord supplied did not work.

Holds well, has never come off. Make sure back of your phone is matte. Be careful the arms are a little fragile, broke one of mine and doesn't open or close anymore, still holds my phone and charges.
