It has power so it holds the phone very securely. It does loosen up a bit after use but it is fairly easy to tighten again. I have mine mounted on my dash. It looks great and is very handy.

Only issue is the sensor does not work properly all the time it doesn’t recognize the device and some cases don’t work even with the MagSafe. But any otterbox case seems to work fine!

This one far exceeds the other I purchased a couple of months ago. This product was well worth the price and I can keep my phone either vertical or horizontal on the dash and is not blocking my view. I highly recommend it!
