Great hands free charger.

Itven recognizes my phone, in black matte case, during night or day. Only downside is the fast charging will not work if charging port is in use for auxillary cord. Will still charge, but slowly.

I bough a car with a "charge pocket" that is so small that my phone would not fit, not sure if any phone will. I mounted it on the floor and the self locking feature holds it perfectly and charges the phone. I would highly recommend this item. It comes with a suction cup plate that sticks to anything and holds it in place.

Overheats

Set up was easy. I really like the product. It is stable and good quality. But after my phone was mounted for about 15 minutes I got a warning on my phone that the temperature was too hot, basically it was overheating. The same thing happened to my boyfriend’s phone. I tried using the mount without the plug but it was useless since I have to plug it in every time I want to mount or take off my phone. Returning.

Best mount/charger I’ve found

I love the auto sensor opening and closing feature. I’ve tested multiple peoples phones with and without cases. Regardless of the case the phones charge. Not the fastest charger but don’t expect to find a fast charger unless it plugs into a wall outlet.
