The iOttie is an utter waste of time

It's nothing more than an overpriced hunk of plastic and metal that seems to be intentionally designed to waste your time and money. This so-called "innovative" device consistently falls short of even the lowest expectations. First and foremost, the durability of this product is laughable. It's almost comical how reliably this wireless car charger manages to break within a couple of weeks of use. You'd think that a company as well-known as iOttie would be able to produce a product that lasts longer than a carton of milk, but apparently, that's too much to ask for. What's even worse is the company's response to this glaring issue – they promise to replace the device. Great, right? Wrong. Dealing with iOttie's customer service to get a replacement is a monthly ordeal. So, in essence, you're signing up for a recurring, infuriating hassle every single month. And let's not forget the price tag. iOttie has the audacity to charge a premium for a product that doesn't work for longer than three weeks. You'd be better off tossing your hard-earned money out of your car window while driving because at least that way, you'd have some fun watching it fly away.

Good Hands-free device.

Caused phone to get unusually hot.

The first one that I got made the phone really hot that I believe it caused damage to phone. Phone started losing cell signal. Returned it and got a replacement. Second unit was a lot better.
