Terrible phone holder.

The device phone holder does not stay in place. I have tried 4 of the same holders from Best Buy and I want try another. Terrible product.

Too expensive for what it is

I have been using a Magsafe case, and it still does not charge correctly. This also comes apart at random times when I am driving and falls off the dash. After a year, it just stopped working altogether. Try to avoid it. This is way too expensive for what you get and what you were told this was going to do.

MagSafe enabled phone cases are specifically designed for MagSafe enabled phones and accessories, like our Velox series, which is made for MagSafe enabled products. This particular combination may not be the best fit, as it's likely, that the MagSafe ring inside the case is interfering with and/or blocking the sweet spot connection if it's not perfectly aligned.

The Toyota RAV4 dashboard may have too much texture for adhesion, so mounting to the windshield would be the best option, if possible, otherwise, we recommend an air vent mount instead. Not good with a pro Max

Sticky part melts really fast in direct sun light

Will be returning. Other than that the device auto opened well and charged my iPhone.

No matter how I angled the mount, the phone would eventually vibrate out. The bottom holder should have a lip or clip to help secure the phone better.

It charges for a minute and then wireless charging stops. Pretty much just a fancy phone holder. Would like to exchange for a working unit but return window ended a couple days ago. Not pleased.

Buyer Beware

A very big problem for an auto-closing grip. A very big problem for product that is meant to charge your phone. Side grip: The battery that allowed it to work while unplugged never worked.

A month later, the wireless charging overheats after a minute of use, consistently. Whether it's a cold, cool, warm, or hot day it just overheats too quickly. Kinda regret this purchase.
