Does not charge sufficiently - my phone (Pixel 7) drains battery while it's connected, even though the charging indicator is on.

Charging cord broke after less than 2 weeks. And any other chargers I tried, they would just fall back out. The knob that locks the arm at whatever length you need would keep backing out until it fell out and caused the phone to fall.

The sticky adhesive wouldnt stick to dash. The window stick worked but the power cord seems to not fit the charging port. Charging is paused constanly.

Our iPhone X’s would get hot when using the charger for a long while. Also the auto-opening & auto-closing arms thing was inconsistent & annoying

Phone falls out when you hit a bump seems like it doesn’t clamp the phone hard enough and you can hear the gears not metching properly

The biggest piece of garbage I have ever bought, hands down. You’re not just throwing away a lot of money, you’re throwing away a lot of money on a cheap piece of plastic that doesn’t work out of the box, can’t support the weight of a phone, any phone that I tried with it. Even a lite and dainty iPhone 7.

Bought for my dad, he likes it, pretty cool. Works well, if you understand the product description then buy it. If your don’t understand tech then dont.

This device often didn’t sense my iPhone. I later purchased one without a power source and was much happier with that.

Very nice design and functionality with the auto sensing grip/release feature, however the Qi wireless charging function can’t keep up with charging the phone when using apps involving navigation such as Uber etc.

Worked pretty good...for about 1 month, until the charging cable failed and was no longer usable. Waste of money. Would've been better off with a less expensive charger/mount.

The adhesive pad for the dashboard to allow the suction cup to stick was atrocious. I had to buy an epoxy adhesive separately to make use of the product. Otherwise it's functional and aesthetically pleasing but the wireless charging is less than adequate. Heating up my phone too much resulting in less than advertised charging speeds due to over heating. Overall not pleased.

This product wouldn’t stay on my cars dash because it is slightly curved. You need a very flat surface. It wouldn’t stay on my windshield either. A small bump and it fell off.

Wouldnt hold my phone (S20+). Would close but reopen a second or two later. Once i was actually able to get it to hold the phone, it would lose connection and phone would stop charging. Returned it to the store before i even left the parking lot. Solid construction, just didn't work for me

I bought 2, one for each car, they both stopped working reliably AT THE SAME TIME because the power plug connection is no longer tight. the wire hangs down from the connection and over time the port wont hold. DO NOT BUYT.
