Will be returning. Won't charge if it becomes too warm and unable to locate anywhere that it's bot in direct sunlight with obstructing my view when driving.

Biggest downside is that it cannot be rotated in a 360 motion. And the adhesive mount for the dash board starts to lift once the heat level in the car rises

Pricy. Breaks down quickly. Heats up the phone. Not a good use for some cars

Broke within a week, you could hear the motor in it running but the clasp would not close. Ended up returning and getting a different phone holder. Also it uses micro usb which seems out dated, what i ended up replacing this with used usb c which is much nicer

10 watt charging is nowhere near enough power to charge a phone while using Android Auto or any kind of navigation service. I'm not itself continuously drops and slides down and doesn't properly hold a phone. The only good thing about this is it hasn't actually detached itself from the car. Other than that, this is the worst wireless charger that I've ever used in terms of charging

Displeased with this. It holds well on glass but not much else. The hinges refuse to stay tight. Every bump i hit makes it more loose. Now the ball joint slides freely and i have cranked it down as hard as i can. Try something else.

Not recommended for this price point. Also half the time the arms don't even open

The charger does it’s job, but the dock does not stay on the base at alll. Even without the weight on my phone on it.

Very overpriced. This is supposedly a fast charger but it definitely isn't. It really sucks.

Bought 3 of these. 1 not sticky enough the other 2 super sticky. Everything else great.

I bought this item for my truck. Everything looked good when I pulled it out of the box. But when I set it up and plugged it in, the thing didn't even work...I mean nothing worked...a dud.

Rattles constantly, will release your phone at any given moment sending it crashing to the floor. It doesn't charge well when its hot. If you have a heavy phone it starts to sag under the weight, having to constantly shift it back up and it can't be tightened any more. Wouldn't buy again

Great concept but horrible performance. It would literally only keep the charge at its current level. Did not actually charge up the phone. I use my phone as a gps at times so maybe that is the reason it was so bad at charging. But even when I had the phone off it would not charge well. I returned it the next day and stuck with any cord charger.

Nice concept but it stopped working/charging after a couple of weeks. This wasn't my best $50 purchase. I would look at another brand that would be a better fit. If anyone knows of a better brand. I canPlease let me know. I can't believe that Best Buy needs 50 characters to post my comment to let everyone know that this was not a good experience for me. I'm sure it will not be a good one for you either.

I was really excited about this product it was on a big sale and it is easy to finicky had to reposition many times to get it to charge my phone

Will be returning this item. Does not stick to windshield.

It work well. But if your car is hot or the sun is out. Your phone will over heat and it will stop charging.

I am returning this mount. Charging is sporadic. In fact today my battery percentage went DOWN while it was charging rather than up. Cord is very short. I like the neat-o arms but they don't hug the phone very tightly so there is a bit of extra vibration. You can also remove the phone while they're closed.

Dashboard sticker no use. Mounted on windshield worked. Charging worked great until it stopped working.

This thing stinks!!! The wire to the back constantly loosens so my phone isn’t “ auto” sensed in the holder. I reordered my old Brackerton version and it must be well lived by everyone as I’ve been charged but tracking shows as “Cancelled “ previously delivered.
