I use this for my Apple 11. It’s popped right out twice already and landed on my car floor. Not impressed.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This would not hold my phone, any little vibration from the road causes this to just aim the phone down instead of whatever setting you have it on. Either phone is too heavy or this is not good enough to hold most phones.

Stayed firmly mounted in place for 3 weeks then abruptly fell off causing my phone screen to crack. Auto open and close Isnt smart enough and closes before phone is fully placed. More frustrating than it is useful

Horrible adhesive didnt even hold the mount up for hardly a week...

Does not work with the Samsung note 20 ultra. The electric grab arm was great if the charger would have worked

Of course product stops working properly after the return date and I'm stuck with something I'm not happy with and can't use anymore. First the one side stop closing as it should when you remove the phone, then when you put the phone in and the arms close now they don't securely hold the phone anymore.

I was severely disappointed with this mobile phone mount. It didn't stay latched in the vents. It flew out a number of times randomly and nearly caused an accident. It's possible the dash mount is fine, but the vent mount was definitely not ok. Should have returned it when I had the chance.

Wouldn’t buy this product again. The glue on the bottom didn’t even last a year

The side handle that is supposed to hold my phone up does not . The phone slips out when I accelerate or make almost any movement what so ever in the vehicle. There should be a slip clip or a rubber grabber attachment to make this thing work but I paid over $50 for it and it should function but does not , piece of crap .

My husband is very happy with this for his truck. Ihe likes the extras much more than the plain one I have

Charging with this causes my phone to overheat which stops all charging functions until it cools off. It is incredibly inconvenient especially making long trips as your phone could literally die while sitting on the charger.

Looks like a great product, but the outside packaging doesnt give specifics as to what phones it works with. We got out to the car only to find out it didnt work with my daughter's iphone7. So had to purchase something else, on line, as this is all Best Buy had for what we wanted. We never actually got to use the item.

Hello only lasted until the 90 day warranty. Great idea alas junk

The charging and automated cradle don’t seem to work first thing in the morning or if it’s cold outside. May have something to do with my car being a hybrid, not sure. But ultimately it often works and holds to my dash securely.

it worked great for 3 weeks but after that it got loose and wont tighten up to hold phone in place. plus when the sides pull in and out its making a noise. I do not recommend this product!

Good design, but the wireless charger doesn't work with case on it!!

Product is awesome! The service and help I got at the store from the man who works in the Department was one of the worst experiences of my life! He was extremely rude! My girlfriend had to ask him to stop looking at her cheat and after she asked he said he could not help it! Horrifying experience!!!

Love this product. Fadt charging is nice and the power holder for the phone is great.

These were purchased for our company trucks, so the team could charge their phones (Apple or Android) whenever they are out and about. Super disappointed with this product. You only get one chance to mount the holder to the base and we had 2 of 5 work as planned.
