Thank you for sharing your experience and valuable feedback. We are sorry that the suction cup is not staying in place. The suction cup will usually adhere to most windshields easily due to the smooth surface, whereas the effectiveness of the mount on the dashboard can vary slightly, depending on how much texture or curvature there is. We would be pleased to send you a new suction cup under our 2 year warranty since it sounds as though the adhesive is worn out.

Its decent, but needs improvement
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll admit it is pretty good that i dont have connect the chatger to the phone itself so it makes easy to remove my phone from the stand pretty easy. Ive bought another one before i got my second a year back which is different from the one recently got. It cant really stand any kind of heat especially from direct sunlight ir else it will overheat and wont charge until its cooled back down. The description clearly says it comes with a reflection sticker, which I assume is to prevent overheating from sunlight, didnt come in the packaging in either ones i got. Anither thing us that exposure to the sunlight on my dash made it keep falling off and made the adhesive start to not stick as well as it use to. Started putting it on my windshield so I'll see how it works this summer. The product does need to be inprove on withstanding heat from sunlight so either they need to actually start including the reflective sticker or improve it as well as include a replacement adhesive in the box.

Very convenient

Started charging it right away. Ill probably go back and get another one for the other vehicle. I also like that the 12v plug has an additional usb port.
