I purchased this on a whim to utilize my phone as such. It works great and has not come detached (yet) like other reviews have said. However, the vibration reduction could be better. It tends to shake even at low speeds and on smooth paved roads.

Great so far but we only use the suction cup

It comes with a "sticky" pad for dash mounts, but I don't trust it because I can't be sure will come off the dash without leaving a residue or worse. Possibly being overly cautious. We do like the product, especially the extending arm.

Rav4 and Note 8

I found my phone is too big to attach the Iottie to the windshield as it blocks too much of the view. I have not been able to find an area large and flat to attach the Iottie to the dash where it isn't blocking something I want access to.

Great iottie Dash & Windshield Mount

The only problem is that the part that holds the cell phone does not always stay in the position that I secure it. Then, the phone faces down. It is distracting to have to reposition it and secure it in place--especially, when I am using WAZE.

Keeps your eyes on the road

Mine broke and when I contacted iOttie's customer support, I got a quick response and a fast turn around. So from my experience great product, and the manufacturer is pretty good on replacing broken parts.
