Great iottie Dash & Windshield Mount

The only problem is that the part that holds the cell phone does not always stay in the position that I secure it. Then, the phone faces down. It is distracting to have to reposition it and secure it in place--especially, when I am using WAZE.

Keeps your eyes on the road

Mine broke and when I contacted iOttie's customer support, I got a quick response and a fast turn around. So from my experience great product, and the manufacturer is pretty good on replacing broken parts.

A little difficult to install and use

Also, the instructions were not particularly clear as various parts were not identified. Now that it is in place, it seems to be working fine.

Love the versatility

I love the way I can turn a knob, pull out an "arm" and move the gadget to put my phone in the most visible position. It is quick and easy to re position my phone as lighting changes.

Able to charge while mounted. Extends out to bring phone closer, lift it to adjust height, able to rotate 360 degrees and able to separately tilt the angle of the part that holds the phone alone as well.
