The disc they provided to put on your dashboard was useless. Applied as per the directions, attached the holder and when I attached my cell phone, it fells off the dashboard (the disc piece) with the holder and my cell phone attached. As far as attaching to your windshield, the suction is strong and had no issues. Overall, I like this product but am disappointed about not being able to attach to my dashboard.
