It’s very easy to get the phone in and out of the holder. The mount holds the phone securely. Unlike the last mount I had that used suction cup. In that model I could see the phone slightly bouncing as I drove. My only compliant is it looks and feels cheaply made. This cheap feeling has me anxious that this may not hold up very long.

It's alright if you don't extend arm.

(Full disclosure: I have only mounted this to dashboard and haven't tried affixing to windshield). It works the best if you keep the mount arms/extenders as collapsed as possible and molded to the dash as much as possible, and even better if you have the phone cradle resting against dash. Phone will shake wildly if you extend the arm up, out or away from the mounting spot.
