Good if you are going to be getting in and out of your car all day long. Longest drive I used it on was a 17-hour trip and it never fell off the mount. I prefer this style of the ones with arms.

I purchased the CD slot magnetic phone holder by IOttie and I had trouble getting it in the opening. I returned it and purchased the vent holder and am happy with that purchase

I purchased after seeing a coworker with it, seemed like a good product and it was. Unfortunately it does not work well with a case. Other than that great it’s a great product

Doesn’t fit the wAy it supposed too. I make it work by flipping it upside down and putting into the CD player. If I go around a bend to fast hold on to it or else.

Associate attached the metal to the back of the phone, so it only works without the case. Plus it's somewhat difficult to pull the phone off the magnet on the mount.

Unfortunately I threw away box etc. before being sure this would fit in my car, it does not! My error so I can’t return. It may be perfect for others!

The mount works as described in CD player. The magnet is not as powerful through rubber Otterbox cover.

I purchased this when I was navigating with my phone. On roads with bumps, railroad tracks or potholes the phone would fall off from the device or the device would shake. The location for the device is lower than your instrument panel and would make the touch screen in vehicle complete useless. The phone would block the backup camera view and other digital displays radio.

It worked for a while. Got a new phone. Kept dropping the phone. Guess it wast ok heavy for the magnet.

I would recommend only if you do not use cd’s. I went on a long trip and wanted to play cd and couldn’t while I used product

I thought this would be ideal to hold my phone, but due to the slant of the radio console this did not fit into the CD slot.

Directions were useless. My phone falls off using the larger plate. It’s starts to slide down and then let’s go and drops. I’m sure it’ll work for someone but the magnet yanked the sticky round plate right off the back of my phone twice so then it stopped sticking. Resorted to taping the larger plate beneath the thin rubber cover I have over my phone. It sort of holds. Kind of rediculous.

This item is a solid holder. With the magentic sticker you attach to your phone, the hold on the phone is super solid - for example, you can plug in the phone while it's being held and the pressure of doing that doesn't move your phone at all. Very easy to put on and take off and also so easy to put on that you don't have to even look at it. Super easy to do with one hand. Also since it's a CD based holder, it doesn't interfere with your view of the road, nor does it sag downwards like the vent holder ones. I have one in each car.

Worked well in the beginning, then after a while would not stay in the cd port

This impedes the use of the CD player in your car and the ability to change you CD's

This was a great idea for my car but the magnet did not hold for me and phone kept dropping off.

Great product! Only draw back is if you change your phone case, you’ll need new magnets

This holds the phone but doesn’t work great if you need to use it while it connected.

This need to be incert where you incert the cds, don't do it, you will brake it.

It fit in the CD player ok but it doesn't work with phones that have cases
