Couldnt get the base to stick to dash

The only thing it would stick to is the windshield, I can't stick it to the windshield (tint). . So even with the added sticky base, the sticky base for the dash didn't stick to anything for the holder base to stick to that. Returned in 5 days.

Posted .Hi Yermom, this might be a dashboard material problem. Unfortunately, our dashboard Base and Pad work better on non leather surfaces. But, if this is something else, please contact iOttie customer service, and they will fix this issue.

Posted .Hi Heidi! If you are referring to the dashboard base, have you tried rejuvenating the suction cup? It's really easy! Just run warm water and message the suction cup underneath. Followed by letting it air dry. Afterwards, you can clean the desired application area, and then try applying the dashboard base! Hope this helps!

Over priced and will not charge phone.

Even taking the case off of the phone it will not charge. I will be returning this one. Real bummer is I will loose $25 in rewards I used to purchase it. It is way over priced.

This is not a three amp charger

I have tried the adapter that comes with it, along with an adapter I know can supply four amps and no matter what this charger is plugged into, it will only draw one amp. I plugged it into a charger where I can verify that it is drawing 2.4 amps and it charges twice as fast as it does when connected to this. I have verified that my device does support qi2. Something is either broken in this or it is plain false advertising.

The included DC power adapter does not work

The one that's included does not work. I returned one to get another and it still doesn't work in multiple cars.

disappointing,waste of money,no help from best buy

I went back to Best Buy and since its after the return date policy there nothing they can do. It clearly defective and all the rep said was to call the manufacturer. I don't know where to get quality products anymore this is the 3rd time I had to return a product to Best Buy Glendora! waste of 60 bucks!!!
