AMAZING. It cleans kitchen floors, bathroom floors, IT EVEN GOES AROUND THE TOILET. I would give it five stars but for the fact that to really get things clean, you need to spray bottle floor cleaner on the floor, first, then let the mop go. They say not to use any cleaner in the reservoir, ok, I can go with just water, but that WILL NOT get the floor cleaned. You're going to need some kind of pre-spray. Thankfully the pads can be purchased after market, and you can get the washable ones. You're really limited if you don't use the app, and a lot of functionality appears only available through the app which is a huge let down, but it does work great.

I was kind of hesitant about getting this Braava because of the size compared to the next best one and this one cleans great!

This floor washing machine is a great cleaning friend. There are three different washing pads for various floors. Everything is clean and neat. No smelly mops to deal with. Push a button to eject soiled cleaning pad. No need to buy floor cleaning products. Warm water and pad is all that is needed.

A great, entry level mop bot for techies or busy people. Better for smaller spaces, but a great help in any space.

’m quiet pleased with this purchase! It keeps my kitchen and bathroom floors always clean… occasionally, I need to scratch drops of sauce spots that became dry in the kitchen but otherwise, I don’t have to do anything to keep my house spot less. Don’t hesitate with iRobot - Braava jet 240 Robot Mop because it works fine on a small kitchen or bathroom!

At first I was hesitant this little robot would do its job, but I was proven wrong. It’s quite small but powerful to mop our floors. Love it

Amazingly it doesn't use that much water but really keeps the floors clean. The battery life actually does last pretty long, was able to do the following on 1 charge: 2 bathrooms - 5ft x 5ft 1 main level - 15ft x 15ft With no issues

Honestly, I don’t use it often. It’s pretty wet in the beginning.

I love this little guy! With having 6 kids and a dog, things can get messy quick around here. Having this robot to help out really makes things so much easier. It was very easy to set up and to program it. Love it

Machine does not seem to have a very organized way of mopping, it's kinda all over the place, but the end result looks great and the cleaning pads reveal a lot or dirt was cleaned up.

I'm happy with the purchase. It does a decent job of cleaning my tile floor. I purchased the washable wet mopping pads. They work much better than the single use pads that came with the Braava jet, It's fun to watch it working.

Easy to use and helps a lot in keeping bathroom and kitchen floors clean.

Takes to long to clean and over clean same spot several time, I changed to another model that can scan area

Great product. Works well, however we haven't used it as much as I would have hoped simply because we didn't order extra heads. Highly recommend ordering heads with initial purchase so you don't run out.

Great product, easy to start and the mop learns as it goes. Does great job on tile and hardwood laminate. Great for dusting and moping.

Unfortunately mine performs very poorly on tile. My tile is very 14 inch ceramic. However, once the wheels get wet (after 10ft or so) the wheels slip and spin on the tile so bad that it has a very hard time trying to turn or navigate. 70-80% of the time if it runs into a corner, table leg, cabinet, it cant rotate to travel another direction. I have to nudge it. This after I let it sit in one spot for OVER 5 min. Then it totally forgets where the "don't go behind" point is set when I turned it on. This feature has never worked the 7 times I have used it, only in my kitchen. I think because it gets stuck so often against a wall or cabinet that it looses its bearings. I don't know. All I know is it cleans fairly well, but I have to stand there and watch it clean the entire time or it will get stuck within 1-2 minutes and stay there forever until I move it. I have tried working with support but apparently there's nothing actually "wrong" with the robot. So disappointed because I was excited to have it. I have a robot vac which does a great job all over the house. But this 240 can't even drive itself around a small kitchen without a lot of help. I had to return the little guy.

Excellent product it works very well and very easy to use

Overall, this is a good mopping/sweeping robot for a small studio apartment. Works well picking up dirt and vibrates in mopping mode to loosen up dirt.

It’s small but does a good job. Only downfall is it does not have a recharge station like the robovacs.
