It worked good on the floors and the battery lasted the whole time it cleaned about an hour and a half.

Generally okay however it can’t clean a larger area like the vacuum can. It needs to get refilled. If it were wider and could cover a larger area I would have kept it

This robot is great in small areas but can can also do large rooms with a refill of water the battery has enough juice to handle all your needs.

This is a nice cleaning gadget if the cleaning job is light duty. Not neccesarily the best cleaner, but good for maintenance mopping.

Robot works into tight spaces, mops after my vacuum bot finishes. Wet setting is best for tile.

We were hopeful when purchasing the iRobot Braava Jet that it would be the perfect complement to our iRobot Roomba. The low profile and smaller footprint would allow it to access places where the vacuum could not. However, after receiving our new appliance and reading the User Manual we found this product to be much like the pet rock of the 70s. The manual instructed us to clean the floor of all debris prior to the mop’s use. At this point the hard work is done. The second issue was the wet, damp, and dry pads. When installing the “wet” pad it became clear that the cardboard backing construction ensured it was only good for one use (and for our floors one pad did not suffice before disintegration) thus ensuring the user to re-order replacement pads at a high frequency. Lastly, the water stream sputtering from the expulsion hole, and the back and forth motion, results in pushing whatever debris is left due to poor cleaning prior to use into little piles and there is no effective mopping of the hard surface. The only thing I would recommend this product for is a joke, a white elephant gift, or a cat amusement toy. Save your $$$

I bought this product as a Birthday Gift for my Mother, it was working fine for a while then it started to not do its job as it was leaving water streaks behind due to the sprayer not working. Called to have a new one sent. Received the New one and that worked for a while then that one quit doing it's job. It was getting frustrating. As being said we went through a total of 3 of the this product by calling and returning those 2 other times. I am really upset with Best Buy because they only have a 15 day return policy. Who knew this product would be a piece of junk. Not enough time from the time I purchase the product from February 21st, 2021 to the time I picked up the On-Line order February 25th, 2021. Expired returned date March 12th, 2021. Now I have to get ahold of the Company that this Product was made by for the 4th time but this time, I will ask for a REFUND..... Very dissatisfied Customer.

It’s a great tool for cleaning, it saves time and effort. It really makes the floors clean.

This was a great purchase! It really gets the job done. Cleaning mode is quiet and fast. No hassles and no problems.

So I've got this and a Roomba and I now just kick back and let Skynet clean my house for me on Sundays while I watch football. Can't complain about that!

So far so good! I was torn between the mop and the vacuum but, I may just have to get the vacuum too!

It's super cute and fits in so many places. It works really well!

Good for cleaning small areas but for single family homes with average dining area does not clean perfectly may miss a few spots
