Wrong pad for i380

Mop and a bucket works better

Not sure if it was a coincidence or this product but my dog ended up at the vet due to an allergic reaction to something. This product was the only new thing to which she had been exposed....three hundred and sixty dollars worth of vet bills and meds later, along with a trip to the mall to return the Braava Jet and its mopping pads and Fido is back to normal. Again we will never know if it was the pads but nonetheless, I did not like the smell nor was I impressed with the Braava mop.

Expensive

Did not like the mop

Recently bought with and now cannot return

Local best buy could neither return , exchange, or help in any way. Now stuck with wipes that do no fit and best buy that will not accept a return.

Smells bad

They do not clean very well

Quality pads, not great for pet hair

However, I have taken to vacuuming the floor twice instead of the usual once before running the mop. Stray pet hair tends to stick to the front of the pad and prevent it from picking up any other dirt/dust.
