The charging cableAnd the actual port for the robots are extremely bad The connection is extremely loose from port cable it’s honestly design extremely bad if the robot is even moved a little bit or even when the robot docs the cable comes out of the port and you have a robot it’s not charging therefore cannot be used The connection is extremely loose from port to cable it’s honestly designed extremely bad if the robot is even moved a little bit or even when the robot docs the cable comes out of the port and you have a robot that’s not charging therefore cannot be usedThe only way that it’s worth is if you personally holding the charging cable with your hand and apply pressure and obviously that is not feasible to do I tried explaining this to a robot and get another charging port and the same problem persisted and when I spoke to Best Buy about this for a store credit or exchange for a product that does not work they also refused to help at all be careful when buying this product I would definitely not recommend it to anyone

Great product from iRobot sweeps and mops great on our tile and wood flooring. It’s a great no hassle of sweeping and mopping the house now!

Absolutely loved this thing, that is until it just stopped working. Just dead, Unresponsive. This isn’t Best Buy’s fault, It’s iRobot’s. They sent out a new base believing the charging base is at fault. Attempted to try again with new base, It’s still not working, still dead and now dealing with lack of response from iRobot’s customer service and it’s been two months since used it last due to service. Unit only lasted 4 months,

Little to no effort to clean your house, all around great product

Does a great job! This is our second robot and we love the cleanliness they provide.. most importantly without breaking our backs!

How did I live without this? I love that I can schedule it, set it to run from my phone and it messages me with a full schematic of where it cleaned.

I have a smaller version and this is great for the whole house. Very good product and can control from my mobile phone completely!!

Mops well, however if something is stuck on it will not clean the stuck on food or grime.

Already had the smaller version, which is excellent, so upped to the larger version for our house and it works as advertised.

My favorite!! It works really good, and it saves some time. The only problem is, it’s hard to open the top to refill the water

This is perfect saves time and we have it programed ready to go anytime only drawback is the pads so we order reusable on amazon this is a must have

What a disappoint product. The robot takes forever to set up and the mapping is very disappoint. It really doesn't work good.

These cleaning robots are awesome! Now I just need one that cooks, so me and the wife can't sit on the couch to hibernate for winter!
