I had this product for under 2 years. It is now reporting an error that it cannot work because the battery is too low. I have replaced the battery to be faced with the same error. I attempted to contact iRobot support and they pretty much said since it was past the one year warranty, I could get $75 credit to get a new one. At this price point the product should last more than it has. This company swindles you into buying a disposable machine.

Not as effective as its vacuum cousin

I was expecting the mop robot to be as effective as the vacuum robot, if not more. Perhaps, the technology needs a bit more time to perfect. Braava jet defi cleans the surface, just not as thoroughly as I would like it to. This would be ideal for a single or a young couple.
