I have a few iRobots and this was the one missing link to keep my floors clean. It's not a perfect solution for bigger messes, but for daily light cleaning, it really works great. I have hardwood floors throughout the living room, kitchen, dining, and hallways. I have carpet in the rooms, so it's easy to keep out of them, without having to set up sensors or "no go zones" I do have aftermarket pads since BB doesn't seem to want to keep them in stock? Both the dry and wet mop work well. The wet mop you can dial up or down the spray level, use your own solution (though they will push the official cleaner). So there is a learning curve to figure out what works best for you. The dust mop works extremely well, since it creates a staic charge to really get things to stick to it. Even pet hair and normal human hair is picked up and stcuk to the dry mop well. Overall it's a great add on to your iRobot family since they can link cleaning jobs. I don't think it would be as good all by itself or with other robot vacs, since you wouldn't be able to link their cleaning ( Unless you use Alexxa, etc)

i cant get it to load maps from my other roomba (it is supposed to) i opened a ticket with roomba, they told me to do something that i'd already looked up and tried, then closed the ticket... still doesnt work.. :(

I love this product!! I wish I had bought it sooner. I am going to buy a few as gifts because they are that great! It picks up heavy stains. I was surprised I thought I would have to pre soak a few but it got the job done! The reusable pad works a lot better than the single use. So I would recommend purchasing another. I have not tried the dry sweeping because I usually sweep up all the dust and toys around my house. I have two boys that are always dropping things everywhere. I tried running it at night and it does need light to work. So now I run it when I head out to the grocery store. I love everything about this!! It did 699 sq ft in 3 hours. It does take some time to clean but it cleans superb!!

I was looking to buy a combination vacuum and mop with self-emptying tower/charging base but decided to go with this one since I already had an iRobot vacuum (that I'm very happy with) and the app, so I wouldn't have to download a different app for a different brand. Sadly, that was the only pro. Even with the cons, I thought I could make it work, but ultimately decided to return it. Truly disappointing. Cons Unlike its vacuum counterpart, if you have floor track/dividers, it won't make it across unless you have the kind that mesh evenly with your floor. This in turn messes up the mapping because you have to pick it up and do all of your different areas of floors separately. I think this also affected the mop being able to find the home base, because it never could find its way back or, depending on the area, couldn't make its way back due to the track/dividers. I pretty much had to pick it up and take it back to the charger every time, unless it was cleaning the room where the charger was. In my kitchen, it kept getting stuck in the space underneath my cabinets, so in order to make that work I would've had to block it somehow, like maybe put pool noodles to keep it from wedging itself under there. And the cleaner that came with it left my floors feeling sticky and unpleasant to walk barefoot on. If I kept it, I would've probably only put water in it and put my own preferred cleaner directly on the floor since you're not supposed to put anything in the mop reservoir aside from water or the cleaner that comes with it.

After having my Braava jet for more than a year I decided to write a review. The robot mop is easy to use and installation was quick. iRobot has done a great work with their app. The feature I most like is that you can ask the robot mop to clean after your iRobot romba has completed vacuuming.

Have the I robot vacuum and added this little guy to complete the cleaning cycle. Works very well, floor is cleaned and just the right amount of water. Charge lasts for the entire cleaning cycle.. Great Buy

I like the mop. Easy install and app. Its properly scan the room and mop perfectly.

This has the wet and dry mode options for the mop. Cleans really well and maps the space to easily setup cleaning on one spot. Charge lasts long enough for an entire clean. It cannot clean carpets, only hard floor.

I really like this little critter. She keeps my hardwood and kitchen floors looking good. The only con I have is that it does leave streaks so my husband always wants to mop the old fashioned way... annoying at best, but I a not complaining because I don't have to do it lol

This mop works wonderfully if using the sweep then mop function from roomba. However, if you are using this solo, it isn’t the smartest thing in the world. Still works fine and gets the job done, however it obviously leans on the vacuum for the mapping.

Love this thing. Love the fact that you dont have to touch almost at all, just to put in the new pad. Also, you dont have to lift up the entire thing to fill it up with water, ew. Hate putting stuff that has been on the floor in the sink, even if it’s the bathroom sink. Yuck this one has the little bin inside, you just take it out of the mop and fill it up with water and stays nice and clean where the bin is. It’s bigger so water lasts longer, the older one which i had 2 of, you would need to fill it up twice depending on area you cleaned but this one is way better. Also, dont have to recharge the battery. . .just goes back to its little house thingy and charges it’self

Here's a revised version: "I'm uncertain about the comparison between this robot and its vacuum counterpart when it comes to navigation, but unfortunately, this robot seems to lack intelligence. Despite its effective mopping capabilities, it frequently gets stuck, lost, or trapped in corners. This is particularly frustrating given that my home has simple, one-level architecture with mostly hard flooring and just a few area rugs. Despite being advertised to avoid rugs, it attempts to mop on them and struggles with common obstacles like floor vents. In conclusion, I advise against purchasing this product as it fails to navigate efficiently and effectively."

It is good, I am not saying great. I love iRobot stuff! I have 2 of the iRobot 960’s and now I purchased the iRobot M6 6110! Well the first thing it spent 35 minutes cleaning my kitchen! Well there is a transition strip between the kitchen and hallway and it is not that tall but it couldn’t manage over the transition strip. So I had to temporarily pull the transition strips so that it would also clean the hallway. One thing I have discovered with any robotic vacuum or mop, you need to do some prep work so they can do what they are supposed to do. But me doing 5-10 minutes of prep work or doing 2-3 hours of vacuuming or mopping. I also had to turn up the output spray to maximum. So like I said it is good but not great. I saved $100 on it, so for $399 I can live with it.

Not nearly as good as the vacuum. Although this devise works. Its not great. Do not expect a deep clean and it doesn't track as well as the vacuum. It does the basics.

same as with the roomba vac, needs a few runs to learn. but once it does it works great and does a good job at mopping. would definitely say this is for more of an everyday maintaining mop, and stubborn messes or overly dirty floors will still need a good old fashioned scrubbing with a mop.

I was a little skeptical based on some of the reviews that I have read but very happy I decided to give it a try. I have a j7 iRobot vacuum and the two together make a great pair. I spend a couple of minutes in the morning to make sure the mop has cleaner in the tank and a clean pad, then with the push of a button my floors get vacuumed and mopped while I’m at work. I love coming home to floors that shine, especially since I have dogs.

Initially, I loved this robot. However, after a couple of months of use, the navigation system gets stuck. It often times has to be placed on a flat surface (from transitional flooring strips) and has a hard time finding its base. Which means I have to manually put it on the charger.

The robot works great out of the box. Make sure to be careful filling the tank with fluid. Robot mops pretty well, but has hard time getting at more difficult situations. It takes a long time for it to fully map the place. Definitely better than earlier version, wish it support swifter pads.

Not quite as excited about this as I am the Roomba. Need to watch this a little more and it keeps wanting to go on the carpet. I am hoping once the mapping feature on this product is more established it will be able to stay inside its zone.
