does a great job cleaning, however it starts all over agin each time that it needs to recharge. so it doesn't work the same mapping as the vacuum.I have to pick it up and put it in 2 different rooms

This is such a very cool product! I love it and it does a great job. Suggestions: make SURE that the floor is vacuumed as much as possible. Otherwise the mop pad gets stuck with dirt and hair and can't do its job as well. Use in smaller spaces or switch out the pad mid-cleaning. The pad, when dirty, can't help but spread some of the residue around while it's cleaning. So if you have a big space, program the mop to split it up so you get the max cleaning benefit. The cleaning solution smells REALLY GOOD! I would never have purchased this but the value is in the time savings. If you are a very busy person and can afford it, it's worth it. Otherwise, I wouldn't say that it beats a few hours a week mopping. It really is just meant to give you a little extra time in the day, not necessarily a better clean than some elbow grease.

Had low expectations, overwhelmingly surprised with the cleanliness. It doesn’t scrub or remove seriously stuck on messes, and you will need to vacuum prior to keep the pad from collecting too much debris, but leaves the floors looking great. Currently being used on SPC vinyl plank.

I like this product b/c I have 2 dogs. It cleans up all of their paw prints on the tile. My only gripe is that it never fully connects to the docking station and I find myself having to give it a push so it can connect to the charging ports.

Great mopping robot. It really does a wonderful job. Make sure that you only use the specific cleaning solution which is made by and soul by this brand. Any other brand oil clog they spraying

Only reason I am giving it four stars is because there is a software bug right now and I can’t use it for a couple of days. I’ve only had it for a short period of time but the times that it was working it was amazing!!

It does a decent job of actually mopping provided you have a fresh, clean pad. In no way can I recommend the reusable pads as you cannot get them clean enough for reuse. They will just streak every where. With a fresh clean pad, it does a good job. My biggest drawback (in our house) is we have a couple of different floor type. The 'strip' that covers the transition stops the robot in its tracks. So, if I want to mop the kitchen, I have to physically take it to the kitchen to let it run. That is the same for every room where there is a transition.

While I will start by saying this mop is much better than the alternative of hand mopping, it’s navigation leaves much to be desired. Each time I want to start the mop, it ends up giving a undocking error and I have to move the mop 12 inches and hit the button for it to run. Then if it ever gets itself into a tight area, it gets confused and instead of making small adjustments to move out of that area, it makes half turns and then starts spinning. Looks like it would share more of the logic on the vacuums which does a much better job in the same spots.

Is a bit less efficient than the iRobot vacuum but it does the job. Mapping isn't as efficient. For the price, I would buy it again.

This machine is a time saver! It works great. Took awhile to figure out the water/cleaner mixer for our floors but once we did there are no streaks. It does take a few hours to get our floors done but we either do it when its bedtime or when we leave for the day. Our floors have never been cleaner. Also, when we first got the machine iRobot was out of the cleaner. We thought about returning and we reached out to iRobot about the issue. They were so helpful and even gave us a free cleaner with our purchase. Great company! Highly recommend.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas she loves it! I gave it 4 stars only because it leaves streak on my floor from time to time. Other than that it saves my wife lots of time to concentrate on other parts of the house.

Easy to set up, runs great and covers a great range of flooring. The mop does it's job and then some! I has a wonderful range, just keep clear of it while it operates and you are golden! The app makes it easy to set up times and use.

The Braava has been a huge help to our messy family. It does better than our children at mopping and can navigate all the table and chair legs. The only criticism is that it cannot get the edges well. We use both the dry and wet settings.

Really good on tile but very sensitive to areas with thresholds. It can get annoying picking up the item and moving it to the next area to clean. The bundle deal is totally worth it.

Once it is set up and the app is downloaded it is as easy to use as pressing a button!!! Nice design but the pad life needs to be extended or a way to use other pads or cleaning cloths needs to be implemented.

It cleans well. For some reason it cleans in oblique lines and can miss a few inches on the next pass. Also it dosent know to cross carpet for additional floor space.

Bought it as a package with the S9 which words great on black floors. Unfortunately, the Braaava does not work on black floors. However, it does a great job on the rest of our floors.
