The iRobot seems to be figuring out the zones to vacuum. However, no matter how many times I tried it would never connect to my home wifi so I am not able to operate the unit using my phone app.

Our home if large and we have more than one of this model Roomba. We have them scheduled to clean different rooms so they don’t run into each other. Usually during their clean routine they have to return to the dock to empty the dust bin. The scheduling of different areas of my home is a game changer.

I highly recommend this model with the self dumping and improved charging features.

I robot roomba 105

And stops at a random spot. It doesn't go back to base. Even if you program "do not enter zones" it still does. Sometimes you touch where you want it to clean on the app and next thing you know it's on the other side of the house "exploring". Mop leaks if there is still solution in the reservoir. Sometimes it doesn't make it to base and it's not because it ran out of charge.
