Problems from Day One

When it cleans, it does a great job. But ive had repeated issues from it not finding its dock to it not properly empting its water or dust. This meant almost weekly resets. On 12:25, it stopped charging altogether. I reached out to iRobot and spent an hour troubleshooting, including unscrewing the base (9 screws) and temoving and reinstalling the battery. Now they said my case is “escalated,” but I dont have a working product. Ive had quite a fee robot vacuums and theyve all worked great. This one is more trouble than it’s worth

I got two of these— one for my apartment and one for my mom’s. It works like a charm with minimal human intervention. Automate and create a habit of emptying/refilling water bins, and you’re set. Love it

This is one of the best combo robots! It was easy to set up on the app, and it's been a big help in keeping the house tidy. We have a German Shepherd and 2 cats, and there is no struggle when it comes to picking up their hair or keeping the dirt to a minimum.

Got this for my Grandparents and it runs great. I can schedule it for them to run daily remotely. Eventually I want to replace mine with one similar.

The app is slow, freezes, and crashes. Using their mopping solution and their recommended dosing. It would constantly error due to oversudsing then it begain flooding my floor. I returned it and replaced it with a shark.

This roomba is replacing an older roomba and Braava. The updates to this machine made me think the upgrade would be worth it to me and it has proven to be true! If you’re on the fence I would highly suggest it.

Never works

I should have known better than to try another rhoomba, but I figured it’s been several years maybe they’ve gotten better. Nope, they have not. It only works for a few weeks and the. You start having battery issues and errors when there is nothing actually wrong with the robot. It constantly says it’s stuck, but will be in the middle of the room with nothing near it. I cannot stand their products, they are so frustrating! Will definitely return.
