||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the Vacuum does a great job picking up dust, crumbs and pet hair, and the mop feature is a nice bonus that helps keep the floors looking clean between deeper cleanings. set up was quick and easy, and it connected smoothly to the iRobot home app so I can schedule cleanings and control everything from my phone.

I would recommend this to a friend Great for a while.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Roomba was amazing for about a year. We have 4 small dogs and this work horse kept the house clean and tidy. We ran them almost every day for a year. We move furniture around for the seasons and this last move the robot would not map anymore. It kept getting stuck behind phantom furniture. I tried resets cleaning it and nothing. Luckily the best buy protection came in handy and I'm looking forward to a roborock replacement.

I would recommend this to a friend Mid at best
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s ok. There’s nothing fabulous about it. It doors an ok job, not great job. I liked the Eufy better, but their customer service to get something fixed was a nightmare. I got this on sale for half price. If I had paid full price I would have returned it. Definitely not a 1,100$ high end device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friendMaps&rotating mop
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall good performance. Not many maps. The extended mop stopped rotating.

Roomba Failed with this one
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Takes forever to setup. Even when set up can't map the whole house. Very frustrating. The part that it IS cleaning around the house works great.

Posted .Hello JerodG,
If your robot is having an issue with a particular area, you can set up Keep-Out zones, so your robot can avoid the area/s and not get stuck there.
Keep-Out Zones - https://homesupport.irobot.com/s/article/21094
Additionally, a little preparation before a cleaning mission can prevent Stuck & Stop.
