It doesn't do my floors. It hates the pattern in the carpet and stops . One carpet it will not even move. Bad decision because I'm stuck with a 300$ paperweight

I returned it because it zig zaged instead of going up and down. Didn't clean all areas.

I bought this and had high expectations. We have a dog that sheds a lot and 2 cats. We need to vacuum our house daily. We also have mostly wooden floors with area rugs. This was great for getting under the bed and to have something vacuuming the house when we weren't around. But it didn't do the best job picking up pet hair. I also found it stalled in the middle of a room when coming home. If you press 'dock'... it will eventually do so when it gets close to the dock, but 3 times in the course of a weekend (the weekend we bought it) it was dead in the middle of the room. I disappointedly returned the product, but will eventually buy a different one. Buy this product if you have no pets and a small apartment or house. Otherwise go with a more expensive model.

No documentation of the various icons, lights, etc. when unit has problems.

Absolutely love my Roomba. I live alone and do not have time to clean the house. I have tile floors and carpets in the living room and it cleans both incredibly. Could not be happier with my little vacuum friend

Worked pretty well but only lasted for about 3.5 years. Can’t justify buying another one.

These seem all great unless you have some black carpet. It sees black strips as a cliff and the cliff sensors can not be shut off. It also sees heater vents as cliffs. Would be a great product if the cliff sensor had a option to be shut off. Mine usually never finishes up. Says it is stuck on a cliff. They said to put up there virtual wall. The only problem is I want that throw rug vacuumed. If I had known about this I would have never spent the money.
