I thought by now state of robotics should be where these robots had AI and figured things out how to do their jobs. And not get stuck under the furnitures , or bounce from wall to wall, and have no trouble getting themselves home to the dock for re-charging. Unfortunately, this robot didn't meet any of the expectations. There is no fun in replacing one chore - cleaning the floors - with another a bumbling clueless robot out of 80's 90's movies.

I returned this vacuum. It was loud and did not do a great job at all. It took over half an hour to dock, even if I literally picked it up and sat it right in front of it's docking station. I would consider this version as a "dud". I purchased it to save me time, but it actually took more of my time trying to get it work correctly and dock.

Was a little disappointed with this. Not reallywhat i expected and then the black carpet issue. Trouble finding the dock.

Worst piece of junk ever, gets stuck even in lower carpeting for no reason. I cleaned up all parts including sensors and the machine keeps getting stuck. It’s not reliable at all, it needs attention all the time . It can’t complete a task without any issue, I’m returning this useless artifact and maybe get another brand . Two things I won’t buy again in my life a roomba or a Chevy vehicle.

Does not work like I thought it would. Misses a lot of dirt on hardwood floors. Goes under furniture and can’t find way out.

it doesn’t clean in a specific order It bounces around and goes the same pattern a lot. I move it so that it can clean certain areas. I have a lot floor space so this helps out

I bought this Roomba on sale, thinking I would give it a try. First of all, it's NOISY! This thing is probably 75% as loud as a normal vacuum. Think of the sound a blender makes. It also gets stuck all the time. Under chairs. On small edges. On the foot of my free-standing fan. On the black lines on my living room rug. Apparently that is an issue with the "cliff" sensors used to prevent Roomba from driving itself off stairs. My main floor has no stairs, but I can't turn off those sensors to allow it to drive across my rug! There is no mapping software in this model, so it's a "run until it bumps into things" model. It has no memory of where it has been, so it will simply run until the battery gets low, then wanders around looking for its dock.

Ive been wanting to have this when it was available but was too expensive. I chanced it on sale and did not think twice. I have a pomeranian, and this surely helps clean.

The biggest piece of crap ever. It doesn’t charge ever. Only on random occasions. I bought the 2 year protection plan and I took it so they would exchange it because I think it’s damaged. They kept it two weeks and gave it back and still does the same thing.

It gets stuck everywhere doesn’t vacuum very well.

Better suited for open floorplans and basically ignored my entire dining room which is where I needed it the most.

Bought during Black Friday and only used a few times. Does what it is made to do but doesn't seem to be anything special. Seems average for what it is.

Really disappointed in this device. I set it to clean while I am at work however I always get an alert that it gets stuck somewhere and ends job on stuck. I am sure to have everything picked up off the floor but I never fails! Pretty annoying considering how much we paid for it.

It does what it advertises. It doesn’t always cover all areas and doesn’t do corners or transitions well. WiFi doesn’t always stay connected and is a pain to reconnect sometimes.

Just after the return period ends, this robot starts to squeak louder than it operates. It worked great up until then. Now when it goes on it schedule clean at 11pm, you can hear it a mile away. We have two separate units from iRobot and both we returned within a few days. Each product malfunctioned! The first the battery stopped charging and after exchanging it for a new one, only to find it would remain in error mode. We went through every trouble shooting suggestion from the company and then was told it had defective parts. I would stay away from this product!

It doesn't clean efficiently and it never was able to find the home base. It's better than having nothing though if it's all you can afford.

After using it over a months, it stuck under the bed couple times and also failed to return home once. However it is a good way to encourage kids clean up the toys from the floor.

It’s not a very great product, didn’t find it much effective. Would stuck at places and we should be with it all the time.

I've heard great reviews about Romba, but this model just kept cleaning in the same area. It says it would map out the area but if it's interrupted on its path then all plans are out there window. We checked different models for the ones that cleaned in a direct plane pattern but just to costly. We're decided to go with a shark instead, way cheaper with more features.
