doesnt really do a deep clean, its great for animal hair and just small stuff. but we still have to use regular vacuum. also gets stuck alot.

Worked very well for the first month or so. Then started getting stuck and stopped charging. replacement parts take forever to get.

Worked great for the first few months but now the spinner brush has quit working. I don’t really have time to deal with customer service. Sure hope it’s simple.

In the context of my home this is a device not needed in my home. It is something my wife wanted and so I could not say no. This is good for someone who has a large room.

Battery Has to be replaced often after only being ran for 30 mins twice a week.

Technology is not as advanced as I thought it would be. Suction was only great the first week, after that, it started to decrease. I might as well just broom.

Got stuck each time we used it, moved too close to stair- got stuck, tried to go behind the couch- got stuck, got too close to the couch- got stuck. Aside from getting stuck it didn’t vacuum well, dirt particles still on the floor, dog hair still on the floor. Your Breyer off set aside some time and doing it the old fashion way. A broom and dust pan.

Great idea for carpets maybe. Bought these a few days ago I know it’s the bottom of the barrel of the models but I would expect that it would at least clean the floor some. I have both carpet and hardwood flooring with that being said on carpet it makes tracks like it’s cleaning the floors but on hardwood these thing just doesn’t get the job done. So with the hardwood floors not getting cleaned I have to believe the carpets are not getting clean. Not to say it’s not picking up anything I mean the catch for the vacuum has debris when I open it so it is picking up somethings. As of now I’m not impressed with the iRobot brand at this time. Maybe if it had any real suction it could pick up more on the hardwood but as of now not a smart buy for people with hardwood floors.

Rumbi is my first rumba. I don't use it a lot because the rumba gets stuck with my dog hair

I still see dust after the vacuum go through because the brush somehow push the dust away. I think if the brush has a moon shape will help to push the dust inside

It seems to work pretty good but I can not get it to pair up with my phone or my iPad! That was one of the reasons I bought this.

Room a was disappointing. Struggles to connect to the base to charge. Seems to dodge the areas of the floor that need vacuumed.

The package was left on my front door step in the rain. My box was damage very badly.

I had hoped for a more thorough cleaning effort but the Roomba was not as efficient as I had hoped. It will pick up hair, small bits of trash and the like and on the surface does provide some cleaning but not as much "deep clean" as a good vacuum. The biggest advantage is that it does it without help. There are issues with getting tangled with electric cords, getting stuck, and running out of power before it can get back to the charger. ...

Don't buy this. You will waste hours of your life trying to connect to wi-fi. If you reach out to the company CS, they will pretend they are working on solution, but then keep you hanging. I got this vacuum cleaner over a month ago, but it still doesn't work and is now non-returnable, because the company that produces this robot is a joke, they keep telling me they will get in touch, but every time into 10 days, until I actually call them again. I am beyond frustrated. iRobot company is horrible

Works well but not what I expected, homing it took forever will get lost and turn off

I bought this for my mom last Christmas. At first she loved it, but then it kept getting stuck. She said it did a great job vacuuming, but once it got stuck, you have to retrieve it and reset it. My mom refuses to use it anymore. She says it’s aggravating. She has all of the pieces and it’s clean, but she did not save the box. How do I return this? Thank you.

This never really served its purpose. It got stuck under furniture and bumped into walls until we moved it. Then after about 14 months it stopped charging. When I went to Best Buy to complain, they said that it was past warranty. Not happy at all.

Haven't even had a month and paid over 200$ just for the tab on the vacuum trap to break.

Wasn't to bad but I didnt like it's cleaning pattern. It goes all over instead of rows..suction was ok..I returned it.
