When we first got it, the battery was fully charged we tested the vacuum without connecting it to wifi and it seemed to vacuum just fine but without wifi connection and charging station working we will be taking it back for a replacement.

Not worth it

It kept having issues with the wheels and wouldn’t run regularly. Thankfully, I got the best buy protection plan and was able to trade it in for another model.

It works great for bare floors not carpeting

Stick in the same place most of the times. I returned. I would not trust go out and let this thing alone cleaning. He couldn’t find the way home to charge. Disappointed.

Will not go back to home

It always dies somewhere random. I have the home base in an open area and have tried everything to get it to go back, but it won’t. Other than that it works as advertised.

Terrible product

Until I find out what's wrong can't review. Plus the instructions on wifi we're terrible could not set it up.

I should have returned

I spent more time trying to guide it in the right direction then it actually cleaned. It's been stored under my bed and I have returned to my shark stand up vacuum.
