Would not waste money of this. If you want an iRobot, spend more and get the one that you can tell it where to go. This one just goes all over the place and never gets the whole room.

24 hour shipping was advertised but of course that promise was not fulfilled. More like 96 hour shipping. On top of that, you are not able to cancel or edit the order during the shipping delay which does not make any sense at all.

For the price there are other machines more affordable that do a better job. This one despite having a small area tends to just keep going in circles to the same spots and leaves the other area not touched

Simple to use, cleans amazing. You have to be careful with curtains and sliding doors, because it got stock but the machine have an announcement that tell you exactly what is happening. I recommended.

Couldn't climb wood to carpet, doesn't work on thick or tall carpet. Random pattern misses a lot and repeats areas. Doesn't like throw rugs. Get a better model.

This is one of the most disappointing purchases I've ever made. The "vacuum" takes multiple swipes at dust or small particles on the floor and still leaves debris behind. I have a low pile area rug, not a throw rug, that the Roomba gets stuck on and shuts off. At other times it will shut off because it's hit a chair leg, instead of backing up and going in a different direction. This is not my first experience with robot vacuums. I thought having two for the house would be more efficient. Absolutely not.

It just doesn’t vacuum like I expected. It just pushes the dirt around and it is so random when running. I have to go behind it and clean some areas.

If you really want go with higher model. This one just goes around in circles with no real path. Only clean maybe 49% of room.

This did not work out It was scary and came various even though I changed the settings. I returned it back to the store

Complete trash after 1 year. Battery dies quickly now and it just bounces around blind.

Charged twice and won’t charge anymore. I can’t return it now because I missed the window. What a waste of money.

This Roomba i would say is not worth the money. It literally only picks up dog hair and maybe some dust. I would not recommend buying this one if there are better one's out there.

The Roomba works fine on hardwood floor and carpet but is not capable of cleaning cat or dog hair. It's a hassle to clean out inbetween rooms and uses.

If you have rugs this is will no work, this vacuum skip the rugs and dark mats. I changed it for a deebot and this one works better

I got this iRobot from Best Buy and on the day of delivery I already had a problem. The package was OPEN! I was a little upset, this is the second time Best Buy has done this, sent an open package. The first time it was an iPhone, so I returned it (but it was a hassle), so I decided to keep the iRobot. The first two days, it was amazing, but by the third day it wasn’t working anymore. It was a defective product and I’m thinking of returning it, if I don’t get it fixed. What a headache!!!

Product doesn’t clean the well , It also try to go down my stairs my dog does not return to charge them I was supposed to be cleaning is very poor

The iRobot doesn't "learn" the floor like I thought it would. It constantly runs into things (not gracefully).

Great product, but very inconvenient for my life. The fact that I have to tidy up before I run the roomba makes it counterintuitive. May as well sweep myself ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

For Bedrooms its working as expected. Our main floor is pretty much open floor area, its almost 1800 sft. I tested couple of cycles IRobot did not cover complete area.

Purchased this Roomba thinking it would be as good as the one I had years ago. I was wrong. It constantly got stuck in open spaces. It kept alerting me that the brush needs maintenance, even though it was the first time using this Roomba. I was never able to get it to clean even half of a bedroom without it getting "stuck" and wanting me to clean the brushes every 5 minutes. This product was a definite disappointment that I would not recommend to anyone.
