Highly disappointed

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even tough I bought this back in 2018, I started to really use it this year , during the Pandemic , and it already gave me trouble , saying I needs to replace the bin, which I did and still is not working I called iRobot to report the problem and I’m still waiting for a response to see if I’m going the be helped would never ever buy again from this company

Stopped working within 6 months

It just keeps saying “Error 1, move room a to a new location and press start” but it doesn’t ever start working no matter what we do. I paid over $200 for this item, I would’ve thought that I would at least get my moneys worth. Never again.

Not nearly as good as my old Eufy

I'd had a Eufy prior to this, and believed the Roomba 675 would be an upgrade. But this machine seems to pick nothing up and randomly stops in the middle of the rug. I don't know if my Roomba is defective or buggy, but having had a 'robot' vacuum cleaner before that was very effective, I feel totally ripped off by this product.
