Do not buy this model

The brush not rotate cause it to stop every few seconds. No hair got stuck on the bottom. I wish I didn’t buy this at BB cuz couldn’t return after 1 month. Product only works for 2 months, even when it works, it’s a pain to keep moving it.

Just Vacuum Yourself

She has been disappointed with it from the start, but neglected to tell me within the return time. It is not worth the money and does a poor job. Unless you have an incredibly open floor plan with no obstacles then this vacuum is a waste of money.

Might have been a bad one, but returned it.

Started getting a right wheel error, so it would just spin. And it gave us a front bumper error. So, don't know if it was a lemon, but couldn't wait to return it. We had it for 5 days and it gave us errors 5 times. Only "completed" a job once.

Thusly, it would not vacuum the rugs. Also would not fit under my sofa or love seat, thusly very expensive to perform such a small area. Returned to Best Buy

We tried using it but we were not pleased with the result. we had to return it. We spoke with a friend of us who also owns this and she said she has to replace it yearly. perhaps others will have better luck.
