    I had wanted a robot vac for years and finally splurged. I am sorely disappointed. Hazel let me down. Maybe she would've worked better on different floors, but my hardwood floors and low carpet stumped her. Lots of obvious debris was left even after I let it run 3 times. Returned.

    Neither did the job as presented by company. I called corporate and the man offered one from corporate office. Got it and it is so big and heavy - I can't lift it out of box. I called corporate office and asked if I could return it to a store. Was told, "No. Must ship it back to corporate. What a waste!!!

    I got this during a thanksgiving promotion and have a indoor cat and 3 kids. By time it was January the vacuum quit working luckily I got the geek squad protection plan and swapped it out for a roomba.. which is so so much better. I think it’s even quieter than the bobsweep.

    Just bought this a couple months ago and already won’t dock and charge on it’s on and when i put it on the charger it won’t charge without putting something under the rear of it to charge. the store says it’s not returnable now.

    Side brush broke within 3 weeks. I’ve owned other automatic vacuum cleaners, I liked this one the least. Sometimes it would finish a cleaning session after only 20 minutes (and the floor was still dirty). I would not recommend this product.

    I am sorry but it does not function. It has a flashing battery sign in red and a flashing trouble sign in red. I am waiting to talk to customer service on Monday. I gave it as a present so it did not get opened until 12/25.

    Not Impressed with the quality of this product. It does not properly sit on its charging dock unless manually positioned. Seems to spread dust/particles around instead of vacuuming them Price is high for poor quality.

    Very disappointed! Purchased the Roomba 675 as a Christmas gift and the brush motor stopped working not even 5 months after it was first used. Very diligent in keeping the Roomba clean and hair free.

    Vacuum might be ok if you’re near people with no animals. I’m sure it can get “crumbs”. I have a lab. She sheds a litter a day. This broke in NO TIME. Didn’t connect To the app and WiFi easily or at all either

    Tried numerous times to charge this item and it could not get it to charge. Reread the directions 2-3 times to make sure we were setting it up correctly (we were), and would never even light up.

    Roomba came with a dead battery. I have been on hold with customer service for 30 minutes and still waiting. It's going to be a long time before I will purchase from Best Buy again.

    My roomba has given me so many issues. I purchased around Christmas time and right after the return window expired, I started having issues with it, I would not recommend this model.

    If you are looking for a cheaper robot, don’t get this model, it broke after a week of use. Not nearly as good as the newer models

    best buy has gone from OK to good to awful. purchasing this room was an absolutely awful experience. i the future i will only use best buy as a show room for amazon.

    This purchase was a replacement for the one I purchased in December and they both broke the same way. I have had roombas since 2006 and this is the worst model ever.

    This Roomba did not transition from rugs to floors. Front small wheel broke shortly after end of 30 day warranty.

    We have no idea. We purchased 2 for Christmas gifts. This is Dec 18 after numerous requests for review. Wait until they have been put to use.
