Use it every day, some times multiple. Picks up so much. We have pets and it has helped so much in cleaning up the house. Not an issue for us, but very seldom makes it back to base. On a positive side, when you see he battery ran out and you find it on the opposite side of the house, no complaint. And love it when I see it going under the couch or beds...awesome!

Giving 5 stars because we have no issues with this vacuum. Great suction, makes it all around the house, if I was too lazy to pick something up, the robot finds it and let’s me know. It will get hung up on things and under things, but I’m not taking a star away for that because any vacuum robot would do that and it’s not too often to make my blood boil. Anyways, great product.

Bought for my daughter for Christmas gift 2019. Asked how she liked it and gave her an option to return or exchange..she said she loves and will be keeping it. She said her only complaint that if it's right by you while the TV is on that it does run a little loud, but not bad.

The Roomba has performed as I hoped it would. This replaced an older model which I used for few years. The whole experience was a positive one. The price, the purchase, the shipping and delivery went off perfectly. I could have done this on other sites but chose Best Buy. Well done!

Well the title says it all, I honestly never thought I would like a Roomba but love this item! I bought a lower model on December 31, 2019 and while it worked as intended, my wife wanted an upgrade to work with the Roomba mop so we purchased this Roomba. This one blows the cheaper model out of the water. Highly recommend purchasing and the mapping features are wonderful.

It cleans really good, a bit loud but does the work.

I love my roomba butttt then I dont! Battery only last 2hrs and she cleans in circles and doesn't it all the spots. This vacuum is mostly use when it needs a light pick up. But it does well on both carpet and hardwood floors!

It helps a lot with the cleaning of the house but sometimes get stuck easily. Also gets a lot of hair that get stuck around the wheels. It’s better than do the vacuum yourself but I expected to be much better.

Does good on carpet and bare floors and rugs. Good price and easy to use.

Normally it takes me 20 minutes to vacuum my apartment myself but with the iRobot Roomba 675 series, it takes forever. I mean hours. It’s good for when you drop crumbs on the floor and you need a quick vacuum and it’s also good for going under the bed and tables but if you want a thorough and quick clean this is not it. This is good for after you vacuum yourself and then the next day run the roomba to give it a clean but not a quick one. Also, sometimes it takes a few times in order for it to pickup dirt or small bits of paper especially in the corners. It never vacuums in a straight line, it always goes diagonal. Sometimes it docks itself when cleaning and the battery is almost full and other times when I press the dock button so that the roomba can go ahead and dock itself, it will take forever to dock.

The first time Stevie Wonder, that’s what I call it, swept across my house I couldn’t believe by its random cleaning that it was going to pick up anything. Boy was I wrong! This thing is incredible and members of my family will soon be getting one of their own for their birthday lol. This is probably the best purchase I’ve ever made. Go out and get one now...

I have had 3 other Roomba in the past and all had some small issues. This one so far, using it every other day 2000 sq home. It goes over wood to tile with ease and wood to carpet no problems. Does not try and run up chair legs, Woo hoo! So far so good! Be aware that they no longer I come with remote or barriers. If I had a complaint, that would be it.

I purchased this as a replacement for my original Rosie. The previous one was worn out after three years. I like the wifi capability and the connection Alexa. She cleans the floors daily and I have no complaints. She cleans up well after my husband and dog. All you have to do is remember to empty her. Great sale price! Better than any price prior to Christmas.

The ease of use of the Roomba 675 is incredible. I love being out and about and setting the Roomba to clean around the house and know that it will do a thorough job. This machine is small but mighty and gets deep into my carpets, and can remove animal hair and debris. Heavily recommend it to anyone looking for a WiFi-enabled vacuum.

This is great for our 800 Sqaurefoot apartment, its all wood floor and we have two cats. It does a good job cleaning the pet hair and also goes over our carpets. Wifi enabled lets me start it from work, and the way I have my stuff laid out it has no problem finding its way back home. Overall good price and good job on the cleaning.

So far roomba (Susan) has been great, she helps maintain the floors while I sleep. I have a 60 puppy that sheds like crazy. Roomba is set to turn on at night to help pick up the fur. It does sometimes manage to get itself stuck on one side of the couch, wish there was a better sensor for that.

It surprisingly does vacuum quite well for the size of motor it has, however, we had to return the first one because something got stuck and after taking it out, the side brush did not work properly again. My recommendation is to pick up papers and strings that might be on the floor before you vaccum.
